If you didn’t know that The Rocket Diner was there you would drive right by. Once you find it you will look for reasons to go back and have another hamburger and shake. Pretty much everything is homemade – chicken sandwich is hand breaded, onion rings homemade, hamburgers are made from fresh ground beef. The burgers here are the best anywhere. Breakfast is great here too. Eggs cooked just the way you like them and waffles are yummy.
The only problem with the Rocket is that it’s only open for breakfast and lunch, 8AM to 2PM.
Open Tuesday through Saturday until October 2014. After that they will be open Monday through Friday.
