I was just driving by thinking, hmmm… I could use a lil something to tide me over until dinner time and boom goes the dynamite. I saw Wake Village Shaved Ice. I made a sharp turn to go into the lot and parked my car before I saw the drive through window. Being a Unilocaler I tried to check in but found that they didn’t have a Unilocal page yet. I ordered one of the many many MANY flavors they have (peach daiquiri) and chatted with the teenage boy and woman inside about Unilocal.
Turns out they’ve been in business for 25 years and aren’t on any kind of online social media but people love them and keep coming. I hope that being on Unilocal will put them a little bit more on the map.
If I end up moving to Texarkana, I be back. Like all the time, yo.
