This store has the worst customer service ever! They don’t stand behind their product at all. I purchased several shirts from there for a trip. I wash everything before I wear it. When I hung up the shirt to dry I noticed a flaw that hadn’t been visible prior to washing, or I had failed not notice it. Either way, it was most definitely a misweave in the fabric itself… not a pull. When I took it back to exchange it for the same item the manager was like a parrot…“we can’t take back anything that’s been WORN or washed”…she emphasized the worn part as though I was just«borrowing» clothes! Why would I want to get the same thing?! She said she’d call her district manager and call me back. Nope. I called to get the DM’s number and left HER a voice mail… she hasn’t called me back. After being on hold for close to 10 minutes their customer service line disconnected. I emailed customer service and have gotten no response. I guess they just don’t care about standing behind their product. DONOTSHOPATTHISSTORE!!! They are THEWORST!!!
