We have been there several times and have always felt to welcome… like we were old friends.
We bought paint there today and the person in charge gave us expert and friendly advise.
He was not pushy and he new what he was doing.

I wanted to shop locally and support small businesses rather the the big box stores. I expected a knowledgeable staff and better customer service. I was wrong. The man behind the counter sat at his desk and grunted, can I help you. I proceeded and he just said whatever they had was up on the wall. I explained that the molding I was looking for to match what was already in my house was about 40 years old. Showed him a picture and asked if there was anything he could order. No, just what’s on the wall. I felt like I was interrupting his late morning nap. I expected a polite, cheerful and friendly greeting, and maybe some helpful suggestions. A disappointing experience to say the least. I went online to HD and found exactly what I wanted. I have a lot of projects and I’ll shop elsewhere.

Quick and easy local hardware store. Helpful staff! Pretty decent selection for a local shop as well. We have bought things from lumber to paint to leaf bags here, and they always seem to have what we need… AND they are right down the street!

If you are looking for better service than the big box stores, then this is the place to go. Every time I’ve gone in, the staff are pleasant and helpful without being pushy. A bonus is that they carry Benjamin Moore Paint.

Not like other hardware stores staffed with super machismo men and people with no customer service experience. Belletes is truly customer-​oriented, whether you’re a contractor or a home owner looking to paint your kitchen.
Tom in paints was awesome– he went above and beyond in helping us determine the brand and finish of paints to get and the types of brushes and rollers best suited to those brands.
Everyone is super nice and friendly.
