This property management company is awesome. There’s no other word for it. I’ve been waiting awhile to post a review because I couldn’t believe they are the real deal. Let me tell you, they are. I realize every rental situation may be different, but these are my reasons for being enthralled by their service:
1) They found tenants for my home within 3 weeks of contacting them and I mean found them and had them moved in within that 3 week window.
2) There were no advertising fees to get said tenants. Realtors were the channel used.
3) There were no fees until the place was rented and commission fees are quite reasonable
4) Monthly fees are more than reasonable for someone else to deal with the rental aspects.
5) They have a pool of professionals to handle painting/​cleaning/​maintenance.
6) There is no upcharge for the maintenance costs.
I can’t begin to say enough good things about this company. Judy and Shelley are knowlegeable in their business and take a lot of the worry out of trying to be a landlord.
