Took this bus to get from Nashua to Logan for a flight. It ran about 20 minutes late due to mechanical problems requiring swapping out the bus. The weather was quite cold at the time. We had left plenty of time to get to the airport so this wasn’t a problem for us. Also, runs infrequently, every 90 minutes. So the schedule needs to work just right for you, including a little extra buffer. It was significantly cheaper than other options for getting to Logan from the Nashua area. You can park your car at some pickup spots as long as you need to (at the one we used requested you notify them only for stays longer than a week). Driver was friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience.

The bus is great now that it has been taking a different route. Forget the Wifi because it can’t handle the load from so many passengers! They need to update the Wifi.

Pretty good internet for a bus and pretty good at being on time when there’s not a blizzard, but not the most convenient schedule if you wanted to go into Boston for fun, as opposed to for work or something. Closes way too early.
Main complaint, though, is price. You could get from Boston to NYC for that price!
