Nice meal. Good service. All food was very tastefully done and served. We’ll be coming back again.

Definitely a fan. I have never had a bad meal here. Fish tacos are my go to dish, but I’ve also had their risotto, fish and oyster Wednesday specials and they were all fantastic! On the down side, the bar staff is slow and inattentive at times. Beer selection on tap is hit or miss and the bloody Mary’s we had during our last visit were from a standard mix and average at best. If you have food allergies or specific diet restrictions, this is your place! They take those restrictions seriously to ensure you are not getting anything that would put you at risk for a reaction or jeopardize your health.

stopped in with wife/shopping, ordered dinner, No rolls brought to table entire time. dinner arrived, I needed a microscope to see portions on plate, ate dinner, food not bad. Left Burtons, went to competitor, had dinner. felt better. called next day/spoke with manager/complained and was told…’ it must be your perception” about tiny portions. My perception tells me to Never Eat and either this Burtons, or any other Burtons. I read over these reviews and found 50% have some issue with tiny plates /portions, maybe those people had bad perception too. don’t waste your time here…

I’ve eaten at Burtons in Burlington and was so very disappointed. I gave this one a shot because I’ve heard good things about it. It was great from start to finish. We went on Wednesday, which means $ 1 oysters, and $ 2 jumbo shrimp. Kidding me, who needs dinner? We ordered the Med Chick risotto and Shrimp risotto. Holy freaking cooked perfectly. Thanks to wonderful service and food we will be back.

The food is always good here and the gluten free menu is the best in the business. We frequent a number of locations and have not had a single bad experience at any location in 8+ years going to Burton’s. I highly recommend it for everyone, particularly if you can’t have gluten.

We are visiting from visiting from Virginia and this has been the best place we’ve eaten in New Hampshire. I had the filet and it was cooked just as I asked, and the potatoes were real and the broccoli was steamed perfectly(not to crunchy or mushy). My filet was melt in your mouth and the sauce they used was great, and not drowned in it either. My fiancé had the Maxx Burger with bacon and mushrooms and he said it was the best burger he’s had at a sitdown restaurant. I also want to note how awesome the front hostess was. I never caught her name, but she did an amazing job coordinating tables and making guests feel welcomed. I noticed that a bunch of people were thanking her for suggestions and her help. Usually the front hostess job goes mostly unnoticed, so I wanted to make a note that she did a WONDERFUL job, and she’s awesome at what she does.

We had very good service at lunch here. Four of us were dining. We were greeted immediately and sat in a booth and were served right away. The staff is attentive and friendly and fun — it was a very comfortable experience. We started by splitting two apps — firecracker shrimp and Philly Spring Rolls. The Firecracker Shrimp were served on top of a slaw — they were outstanding — very spicy but you could still taste the tender shrimp. They were cooked perfectly! The Philly Spring Rolls were very good as well, the steak was tender and cut up nice and small and the cheese was just the right amount and delicious. Someone in my party had the beet salad which I don’t think you can say enough about. It is unique in that it is served from a round mold with nuts and cheese and sauce — just beautiful — really! Someone else had the fish sandwich which she liked — its a large portion — served with fries. Two of us had the Griddled Club which was good — very large portion — could only eat half a sandwich and took the rest to go. It also is served with fries. Last time I was at Burtons(in So. Windsor CT), I had the cheese steak which was phenomenal. The fries were better the first time — these were a little dry and slightly overcooked — definitely still edible. It’s a very good restaurant. I’ve never been for dinner but really want to try it because they have some really great looking cocktails.

Wow, I think Burton’s corporate is making it pretty clear they are not planning on renewing their lease in this location. Expect their food and service to be consistently poor.

I haven’t been here for a bit, but when a business meeting was suggested here, I didn’t object… I am glad I didn’t from food presentation to service I had a great experience. I had the best salad(will ask for extra goat cheese next time) but phenomenal overall. I had the lobster shrimp pasta which was also fantastic! Also being in the restaurant business for all of my college and grad school years, I appreciate the manager check in! Well done Burton will be back

We were here about 2 months ago. I split the risotto and wild rice dishes. Both were excellent. I absolutely loved the risotto. Very flavorful. The portion was small but extremely filling. The wild rice dish was very good. The only issue is it contained mushrooms. Hubby had the California chicken sandwich and could not say enough good things about it. Service was excellent. Today I had the vegetable pasta dish. Tons of artichokes. The pasta amount could have been larger but I was full when I finished. Good flavor and great presentation. Rolls were hot and fresh. Hubby had the steak sandwich. The dipping sauce was spicy and nice additional. It was slightly undercooked but edible nonetheless. The ice cream sundae had Heath which was a nice touch. Service was excellent.

We’ve been there twice now, and its still very difficult to come up with any issue. Timely, great service, great food, great ambiance, bathrooms always clean. A tad expensive, but when you have all that you’re willing to pay a little extra. Even free WiFi, and its not dog slow as is the norm for«free wifi».

Very very good. I was surprised as I don’t usually like chains. I was forced to go because the movies were sold out on Saturday night. the food was to die for and the service was exceptional. My wife and I ate seafood a couple of mai tais and we were golden. The best restaurant in the Daniel Webster highway Nashua area.

Positives: this place would be a decent spot to have a drink or watch some sports. There’s a nice big bar area, and the staff is friendly and attentive. However, I think the food at Burton’s could be improved. I had the Imperial Cod for lunch, and the flavor was just too light and uninspired. And the food presentation was basic — there’s the green part of the plate, the rice part of the plate, and the cod with bread crumbs on top. They could aim to be a little more creative with sauce and ingredients. I guess if you want a safe, clean meal in a sit down restaurant near the mall, this would not be a horrible choice.

Burton’s is located at the Pheasant Lane Mall between Dick’s Sporting Goods and JC Penney. Be forewarned– you can’t enter the restaurant from within the mall. That said, there’s lots and lots of parking. So be prepared to fight those old ladies, SAHMs, suited up dads, etc. Upon walking in, Burton’s is wicked, wicked dim. H and I came in at 6:45pm in December, but whoa was it darker than anticipated. Whatevs. We were the first of our party(originally there was NINE of us, but the group of cousins widdled down to FIVE) to arrive for a 7pm reservation, but the hostess was kind enough to seat us early… and even personally walk lil old pregnant me to the restroom. Slowly the party trickled in and Colby was our waiter. Let me start off by saying that Colby was AMAZING! He put up with my crazy cousin(there’s always that one black sheep…) and kept said cousin, brother and H entertained with his(Colby’s) witty remarks and answers. He was a good sport and even joshed with me in light– but I was feeling the pregnancy pains… Preggo monster! Everyone ordered oysters… and I had to stomach everyone slurping up the yummy $ 1 oysters. :(I had bread and butter(the butter is wicked yummy by the way!)… H ordered the prime rib and he said it was perfectly cooked– even if he didn’t get much risotto. Cousin D ordered steak and didn’t talk too much about how he liked his food… but he’s a complainer. If he didn’t like his food, you’d know. Brother S ordered a burger(the cheapest entrée on the menu) and he said it was a typical burger. Was it worth $ 13? Maybe not. Was it a good accompaniment to the 6 dozen oysters the guys ordered? Yep! There was a small mix up with my dish– when I asked Colby about the Bleu cheese, he assured me everything was pasturerized and aged. Awesome! So I ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Risotto. Imagine my surprise when shrimp fettuccini Alfredo graced its deliciousness to our table. The manager(I think she was a manager. She only brought out our food, but quickly rectified the situation(I was NOT mad or sounded mad! I figured it was an honest mistake– and it was!)) quickly gave me a few choices to hold me over until my meal came– I decided on a wedge salad. Literally, like 10 minutes later, my chicken risotto came. And it was deeeeelish! Saltier than the one served in Connecticut, but still yummy. Colby, of course, apologized and we figure it’s because he and I talked about the pasturerized cheese. Overall it was a great experience and a good restaurant. We’ll come back!

WORTHIT! Service is quick, food is great! Perfect place for people with allergies– they’re EXTREMELY accommodating! Bit pricey, but the portions are huge. Everything’s made from scratch. My boyfriend said his burger was the best he’s had in Nashua! Great place for a quick lunch or an elegant dinner.

You had me at $ 1.00 oysters! Almost everyday, the restaurant features a different special. One Wednesday«Hump Day» they offer $ 1.00 oysters and $ 1.00 shrimp cocktail until they run out. We usually try to get there before 7PM. If you do arrive between 3 – 6, the wine bottles are half off. I just stick with my $ 5.00 /glass house wine. We usually order apps or a small entrée in addition to the oysters, wine and scotch. The Blue cheese chopped bacon salad is also really delicious! Calamari was great. Management is great. They are always seen interacting with the customers and running out dishes to help out their staff. Staff is either super friendly or cold. There is no in between. They probably hate $ 1.00 oyster days but they bill easily racks up with 3 rounds of wine and whisky on the rocks. The bar area is a nice place to sit and talk to other diners.

Food is always good! Good salads, burgers, steaks– even the fish dishes! Not the best I’ve ever had but definitely above average… Sometimes the service can be a bit slow, especially at lunchtime. I did have the best white: blue:watermelon sangria there today … Yummy(see pic) Good place to meet a friend for a nice lunch

In summary: The staff were friendly. The service was good. The food was good. Our party ordered a Burton’s Mai Tai, which sweet, fruity, and strong, as compared to a Blue Watermelon Sangria, which was mostly ice, light and refreshing. The dinner rolls were warm. I liked how the butter was sweet and infused with herbs. For starters, we ordered a Beet Salad, which was well presented. It was different from most beet salads we had. The pickled beets and onions were finely diced and molded into a circular upward tower. For entrees, we ordered the Cod Imperial and two Classic Cheese Burgers, which were both heavy. In my opinion, the Cod Imperial would have tasted better without the breadcrumbs. I enjoyed my Classic Cheese Burger cooked to medium, with provolone cheese, sauteed mushrooms and onions. The restaurant should consider offering different burger/dipping sauces like the ones offered at Red Robin and other burger joints.
