I mainly worked with Stephen but saw a few others when he wasn’t available. He was friendly, really informative (I ask a lot of questions), and up to date with the medical literature. The therapy was a combination of passive and active, and they gave me a few exercises to continue when I was discharged.
The room is wide open, but many physical therapist locations have the same setup (I’ve been to other places for neck issues). My initial intake eval was done in a separate room, but most of the PT was done in the main room.
My only complaint is that a few of the morning therapists are chatty with each other and appointments with them can take twice as long.
After 6 weeks of PT, I have minimal pain and have been cleared to run again. CPTE was very helpful!

The facility is wide open and some of staff have loud unprofessional conversations with each other forcing the patients to listen.
I was there during March Madness and was forced to endure multiple 45 minute sessions of complaints about failed brackets in horrible Massachusetts accents.
I did not receive any pain relief from treatment.
My therapist had bad breath.
CPTE billed my insurance company for over $ 1200 and then called me over a $ 30 discrepancy demanding a credit card. The bill had previously been paid.
