One star because they have good juices, and because I can’t give them less. This place other than that one reason SUCKS. I came here once to buy juice for tax free and because it’s decently cheaper than the place in Lowell I go. When my husband wanted to buy a set up I decided we would give these guys a try since I had only bought juice here I wasn’t sure what to expect. Well I found out. Friday July 24^th we got a whole set up, got to the car and the battery (istick 20w) was broken. Never used, went in and the kid who was working that day was cool saw it was broken and gave us a new one (pretty sure it was 10watts less than the box we had gotten before, but that’s besides the point) we spent in total $ 140 so yea I would expect a little care from a business with a new consumer. Well THE NEXT DAY the tank broke (Aspire Atlantis 2), unfortunately we went away for the weekend and we’re not able to return until Tuesday July 28^th. Told the VERY UNCARING employee working what had happened, he literally said, «you broke it, nothing we can do, your out of luck» after arguing for a bit we asked for the managers number because this kid did not care. Well the owner of the company is just as bad. All we wanted was a working tank, after selling us two broken products. After ten minutes of arguing with him we even offered to take a cheaper tank. He offered us NOTHING! Not even sympathy. He told us it’s not his fault he buys bad quality stuff from his manufacturing company… whhhhat, did he really just say that! Long story short we will NEVER BE BACK AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU! They do have a small sign that reads «all sales final» well that’s because they sell junk and they have little knowledge of there products. I would never recommend them to anyone. If you are in the Lowell area go to Elevation Vape they have good quality stuff and the owner and employees actually care about there customers.
