Went to their new location in Hopkinton, MA that has been open less than a week. Worse manicure ever. The man who did my nails was the owner. Used«Base Coat» instead of «Top Coat» for final application of gel polish. When he realized this, he wiped my hands with cuticle oil and polish remover to remove the Base Coat and applied Top Coat which then bubbled and wrinkled under the light. Nails are uneven, including one that is much longer from having a repair. Shape of my nails is irregular, and look jagged and unfinished. Very thick gel application and the polish is uneven. I was surprised he didn’t ask if I had time for him to correct his mistake properly by taking the Top Coat off and reapplying. I was the only person in the salon at the time. Most shocking however, was that he did not even compensate the price of my service for his mistake. I paid $ 8 more($ 38) than my regular salon for a fill and manicure that looks like I did it myself. Very poor first impression. Won’t be going back.

I think they do a really nice job and the atmosphere is very nice/clean/calming. What really grinds my gears is when nail places suddenly decide to change their prices, DESPITE what they price sheet says. Two weeks ago they had a signature pedicure for $ 25 on their paper price sheet. I went in yesterday to get one and suddenly the cheapest one was $ 35. Even the girl next to me spoke up and said«Didn’t you used to have a $ 25 one??» and they lied right to her face and said no, that it was $ 30 what she was thinking about. A $ 10 price jump??? Every other nail salon does a basic pedicure for $ 25. What also ticked me off a little was how on both the old and the new price list, it say«shellac manicure $ 25.» But she suddenly charged me $ 28 yesterday. I like this place but I’m fairly annoyed with them now. I may not return.

So disappointed. I have been coming here for about 1year. Alwys awesome service everyone very friendly. Two weeks ago i called to make ane appt asked id lilly was available I was told she was on vacation. I made an apt w/Lee. When i arrived for my appt I didnt recognize any of the techs. Lee did a great job. Called today to make an appt w/Lilly«who? I said Lilly. Oh shes on vacation»(if she doesnt work there anymore just tell me) Made an apt w/Lee. Got there 10 minutes early Lee was doing someone elses nails. Ok. While doing her nails the lady 2 tables over didnt like how the guy was doing her nails Lee got up went over and started doing her nails leaving the other lady there w/her nails not completed and me sitting in the. Chair next to her still waiting. Finally at 615 I got up to leave«oh I’ll do your nails in a few minutes» no thanks i’m all set. «Oh no no she can do your nails right now» nop Im all set I had an appt at 530. Clearly this salon has changed hands and got rid of everyone that worked there. The techs that they do have dont seem to know what they are doing. Very disappointed

When this location first opened I was not impressed. I have been 2x in the last 7 days and both times had great experiences. VERYFRIENDLYSTAFF which is wonderful to experience at Asian run salons. They were also happy to accept my credit card payment, many places really push you to pay cash.(I did tip in cash however.)

I had my first visit as a walk-in and was impressed. Had a manicure first but not enough time for a pedicure so returned the next day. Salon at both visits was clean and neat. Chairs comfortable. Staff polite and accommodating. Very professional and appreciative of my business. Other customers seemed happy. Two weeks later and polish still looks great. I’m going back!

They are always so pleasant and willing to take walk-ins. I have been here numerous times and always walk away very happy! I walked in 20 min before closing and they were so nice and willing to stay open just for me. Highly recommend.

This is a fine place for a mani or a pedi, but not somewhere I would come back to intentionally. The massage function of my pedi chair was broken(bad start), and the staff questioned my color choices a few times(I want what I want, sorry!). Ultimately the paint job was just ok, but not perfect. When I opted for a mani with no polish, they literally just soaked and trimmed my cuticles and put lotion on me. I would expect to get a file treatment or something, but it’s possible I have unrealistic expectations?

So sad and disappointed. I always had great experiences here and I was just promoting this salon to my friends. Walked in a few minutes before they close and was told that they would not help me out because they needed to get home. While I understand at the same time if it was my place of business I stay open and take customers till 5 minutes past closing time. That’s would perhaps make you stand out from the thousands of nail salons minutes from here. No longer will you have me or my daughters as clients. Nor will I keep promoting you…

If there was a way I could give no stars I would. We had appointments for pedicures. After waiting with our feet in the water for 45 minutes they told us it would be another 10 before they could start and would have to do an express pedicure. No apology. No nothing. Do not go!
