If your looking for something to do with a group of friends, punch your ticket to Incredibrew! We had so much fun here. They can accommodate larger groups, in fact we had 12 and the girls made wine while the boys brewed some beer. They have recipes for over 30 beers and educate you through the whole process. It’s all hands on as well. I wish we had a place like its closer to me. I call it the Chuck E Cheese for adults. Oh yeah and you get to sample different beers while you brew. You just have to replace it with your beer when you bottle it. Don’t worry, you get 72 –22oz bottles of beer. We brewed a nice English Summer Ale with a hint of orange zest!

A great location to brew your own beer. The staff pretty much helps you all throughout the process. They have all of the supplies as well as recipes up there for probably around 100 different beers.

If you have a Saturday afternoon to kill and you’re looking to pick up a new ridiculously addicting hobby, start off the right way and come to Incredibrew. The super friendly staff members walk you through each step of the brewing process, and are happy to answer any questions you may have along the way. After spending a solid collective 5 hours in this place, my boyfriend and I now have a great understanding as to how they run things here, and lemme just say, I am impressed. Incredibrew is located in a strip mall in Nashua, NH, not far off Route 3. There is a designated wine crafting room, and another room for brewing soda and beer. There are several stations along each step of the brewing process, which are never overcrowded because you can only brew by appointment. I had originally purchased a gift certificate for my boyfriend as a way to get our foot in the beer brewing door, however we never got around to using it until after our 4th batch of homebrew. Having had our experiences with homebrewing(and absolutely loving it), we didn’t exactly use this place as I had originally intended, however I still think it was worth every penny(all 16,000 of em). If not for the fact that you get to drink beer out of the community fridge while you breathe in all the yummy brewing aromas(just make sure you replace what you drink on your bottling day. It’s called the honor system, people! Honor it), then I’d DEFINITELY come back just for the sheer notion of someone else doing all the cleaning up after you. It’s really quite wondrous. Brewing day takes about 3 hours, and bottling day is scheduled 2 weeks later and takes about 2 hours(If for some reason you can’t make it back in 2 weeks, they’ll bottle it for you for a small fee). They have all this fancy schmancy equipment that makes it super fun and pretty hard to fuck up. The best thing about this place is they carbonate and chill your beer for you, so you don’t need to wait weeks for your beer to bottle condition. And they sell 22oz. brown bottles at a buck a piece — clean and label free. It might sound steep, but if you’re a homebrewer and have ever dealt with removing labels by hand from 12oz. bottles, you’d agree with me that $ 1 per large bottle is a STEAL. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran brewer or a newbie, Incredibrew is phenomenal because, and I repeat, THEYCLEANUPALLYOURMESS. They give you guidance if you need it, but also are happy to leave you be if you don’t wanna be bothered. I’ll definitely be back. Accepting gift certificates!

We used Incredibrew to make orange soda. We were told that one year shelf life is expected and that storing in a cool basement is sufficient; no refrigeration is required. Within a few months the bottles started to go bad. Pretty much the whole batch was ruined. One bottle exploded in my kitchen and threw glass in every direction; shards were thrown ten feet away. Thank goodness it happened at 2 a.m. and not when we were around. I had to get rid of the rest of the cases so took them to my backyard thinking it would be messy and opened the first bottle. It literally shot out of my hands and blew backward over 6 yards; almost hitting my neighbors barbecue. These bottles were like mini bombs. I called the owner for some tips for getting rid of this case of bottles. he said to just throw it away in my garbage can. it was over 90 degrees that day. I told him the yeast would ferment even more and create a real danger to the gargage collector. his answer was that these men face danger every day anyway; so what was another danger to them. Needless to say we found another way to safely dispense of these bottles but I completely lost respect for this place and the owner. My advice if one wants to give this man any business and make this soda is to refrigerate it — no matter what they tell you. And at the first sign that bottles go bad, empty them all right away.

This is the place for beer lovers to brew their own beer without having to buy the equipment and ingredients or deal with cleaning and storage. Beers can range in the $ 130-$ 150 range, though you can check the website or store for actual prices, which depend on your specific beer of choice. You’re guaranteed a minimum of 7222-ounce bottles, though it can and usually is slightly more. Bottles are not usually not included, though they can be on special occasions. They usually cost about $ 1 each or I think $ 9 per dozen. My suggestion for first timers is to attend one of their brewing event nights where you pay a fraction of the cost of brewing a full batch. Their beer events consist of 6 preselected recipes that everyone assists in brewing. Two weeks later, you go back to bottle and take home a variety pack of those beers. My first time was a brew night, which was followed by a single batch of one of their pre-designed recipes that I brewed to give out as a birth announcement, as I printed labels at home and put them on the bottles. They also have the capability of printing labels for you there. I suggest only using labels for specialty beers that you’d give away as gifts, as you can reuse the bottles and taking labels off can be difficult. For normal batches, label the cap as you toss those out once the bottle is opened anyway. My wife and I also did a wine event night, which is similar to a brew night, except that you don’t have to go back to bottle weeks later. Instead, you make several batches of wine and bottle what the previous wine night made and take a variety pack of those wines. You can also do a single batch of wine much like the beers. Be careful to allow the wine to age properly once bottled though, as my wife and I opened a bottle a little early and it tasted like grape juice. We opened a second after allowing it to age properly and it was good. I’ve read a review about the rude staff. I’m not sure what this person is talking about. Having been there on four occasions, I’ve found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and they want to help you with your beer to make sure it comes out good. Also, if you need assistance selecting a beer to brew, it would help them to help you if you know beers or styles that you like so you can enjoy your finished product. One good thing is that as the beer brewing involves some lengthy waiting as the grain soaks for about a half hour and then the brew boils for up to 40 minutes at a time. They keep some bottles of beer in the cooler tat others have made. Feel free to take bottles and consume them as you make your own batch. They do ask that when you bottle your batch, put some of your excess bottles for others to consume when they brew. They will tell you to make sure that you get your minimum 72 bottles before you start putting some in the cooler. All in all, I do plan on going back, probably with a few other people to lower the per person cost of a single batch and trying some of their other designed recipes.

You can dazzle your friend with your brewing skills, while barely getting your hands dirty. Though if you want to be in the nitty gritty of the process they’ll let you do that too. I’d tried a friends brew of Granny Smith Reisling and I was hooked on it’s sweet and crisp taste. «You made this yourself!?!» I exclaimed, I gotta try this. So we headed up to NH to make a batch of our own. Their chocolate raspberry port was in season(hey twist my arm!) we started mixing. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. While we were mixing the owner got our taste buds going with a sample of their raspberry port filled chocolates! Yum! It was intoxicating, between the smell of the juice & yeasts and the taste of chocolate, I was in sensory heaven! Then came the samples of the port we’d be picking up in a few weeks time. Wow! The mixing process took about a ½ hour-45 min total. We’ll head back up in a few weeks to pick up our loot! Can’t wait. I’m also curious as they have beer & root beer making as well. The prices worked out to $ 8 a bottle split between 4 friends, so get a crew and go up & brew. To note, they do sell labels at an additional cost or you can make your own.

I have to admit I was very skeptical of the idea of making quality wine in Nashua. NH is not exactly known for its wine production. But the process started out with my group tasting some Granny Smith Reisling produced and bottled by Incredibrew. I was impressed. Very impressed. The key is that the grapes don’t come from NH. Incredibrew creates wines using bags of juice from the major wine producing regions of the world, and by providing a non-vintner like me equipment and expertise. My group decided to make Chateauneuf du Pape. We poured bags of grape juice from grapes grown in the Rhone region of France into a plastic pail(primary fermenter). We added yeast from France, dried elderberries and bentonite clay to clarify. We put a lid on the pail, wait a few weeks for the wine to ferment, then we’ll come back and bottle. After tasting some of the product, I have every expectation that this will taste, if not like an excellent Chateauneuf du Pape, like a decent one. You can sample and buy their wines in the A Market in Manchester and Sully’s in Goffstown.

If you’re a beer lover, and have always wanted to brew your own(like me)… Look no further! You get your hands dirty doing all of the fun stuff like grinding, weighting, sloshing, stirring and pitching, but don’t have to worry about the clean up or storage. Highly recommended! I’m definitely going to be visiting IncrediBREW a few times a year!

I visited the famed Incredibrew this past weekend to brew 6 batches of beer with some friends, and it was a fantastic experience. I’ve tried barleycorns in Natick, MA, and Incredibrew has them beat by a mile. Reasonable prices(135 – 190) per batch(7222oz. bottles of beer), a great selection of recipes to choose from, and friendly service. The folks who were working that morning(I think it was the owner and a few other folks) were more than willing to go beyond just giving us the ingredients and setting us free on brewing without explaining anything(ahem, Barleycorn’s). Half the fun is learning about the entire process and they were certainly there for that. We’ll stop by in a few weeks to bottle, and taste the beer. So hopefully after that I can keep it at five stars… ****** We finally bottled this morning, and the beers turned out great! As always, the service and hospitality were a welcomed extra. So take an afternoon and run up to Incredibrew to make yourself some craft beer and impress and dazzle all of your friends and family.
