My ring wasn’t done as said by the gentleman who checked it in. I left and 10 minutes later he called me to tell me that it was ready. I was almost home but turned around to get it. He did a great job. I even had him polish my wedding band. I would have my jewelry done there again. Next time I will be sure it is done before picking it up. Happy with the results

After writing the above review to the«Simon Mall», I received a call from Ben Smith, the owner of the Jeweler’s Workbench. He was genuinely concerned about the situation and assured me that he would address the situation with the gentleman that I dealt with, who happens to be the manager of his business. I truly understand that anyone can have a bad day and I am more than willing to give them another try. I also received a call from the manager who I dealt with on that day with an apology. I feel that they have gone above and beyond to try to rectify the situation and I certainly accept the apology. I will return with the watch this week and I was assured there would be no charge for the repair. I am not looking for anymore than that and I thank them for their concern.
