8 years ago I installed a new boiler and hot water tank, I’ve had issues the past 3 years. This year I called Joyce based on a recommendation and they were honest and fair. In a nutshell they confirmed what I suspected it was time to cut my losses… however the guy who showed up to look at the issue, exhausted all options, including bringing in a more senior guy to evaluate the situation.
They presented the various options so I could make an informed decision. At no point did I feel pressured.
Joyce is the only company I will be calling going forward.

I sent an email request yesterday to request an appointment for an issue regarding a possible leak from my furnace. I received a call back very promptly this morning. The lady that called me indicated that they were crazy busy, however they may be able to check out the situation today. We were able to get service today! I have dealt with Joyce Cooling in the past for a new furnace and thermostat, so again very happy with the service and professionalism of Joyce Cooling.

I contracted with Joyce two years ago to install my furnace, central air and duct work up to my second floor. Since then, even though I live in Manchester and have many more local options, I have used them a number of times and they’ve quickly responded to urgent outages at my grandmother’s home in Londonderry.
I’ve consistently found them to be fairly priced, polite and that they live up to their commitments. I heartily recommend them for your HVAC needs.
