I was having trouble with my BlackBerry I just purchased a few days back at the Metro store in Manchester-NH. They told me there was nothing I could do and that I had to read the manual. Nothing was working, including my email etc… it sucked and I even thought about returning the phone and going back to Verizon. So I decided to stop by the Nashua store because I live in Amherst. The staff there was so helpful and showed me how to use every feature on the phone, they even download a few apps on the phone that I didn’t even know I could get! The store was really full of people but they helped me either way and on top of it all, didn’t charge me a cent!!! They also have a bunch of accessories that I had never seen at other stores, etc. Definitelly the best Metro store I’ve ever been to — RECOMMEND!!!
