Key Collision did not honor their original estimate, padded the cost and didn’t do all the work that was promised. Instead of addressing the issue, they gave me the employee shuffle. If given the opportunity, I will steer people away from Key Collision for their own benefit.

They were great. They delivered on what they promised at the price promised. Very professional. My vehicle looked good at the point of repair and also overall because of the cleaning they gave the vehicle before returning it to me. When I had a minor issue a few days later, they promptly took care of it at no charge. I highly recommend.

I bought my car in here after getting rear-​ended and they were wonderful! I had some chairs in my car that didn’t fit into my rental so they just kept them upstairs in their storage area for me while my car was being repaired. They were great about getting me any information I needed about my car and the repairs were done well and quickly. I noticed some paint scratched and they had me bring the car back in so they could fix it, no questions asked.
