This is for the repair department. I went in to have a new tire put on my passenger side front side, they put the new tire on but 2 months later I had to go back because my drivers side front tire went bald. It turns out it’s because they didn’t do an alignment or let me know I needed an alignment. They wouldn’t give me any kind of warranty so I had to pay for another tire and the alignment. 2 months later now my 4 month old passenger side tire they replaced is losing air. It’s do to a bad alignment. I will never go back to Mitsubishi for repair work again and will not buy another Mitsubishi car because I don’t want to have to go to them for any warranty work either.

I bought an Outlander this weekend, and the review reflects this and not the service department which I have no experience with.
First impression of this place was admittedly not the best, as their new building is under construction. Their temporary main building is pretty underwhelming and the lot is crowded. I imagine the place will look a lot nicer once the construction is completed.
The car buying experience was good. I knew what I wanted before I arrived, I was shown the car, and the test drive was a good length to get the feel of the car. There was a certain amount of gamesmanship to the negotiation that I could have done without, but in the end I was able to buy the car at a reasonable price and feel good about the deal.
The sales team and finance guys were pleasant and I never felt like I was being pushed into anything. I will consider them in the future.

I have NEVER been to any dealership as pathetic, dumpy, and disorganized as this one. Extremely overpriced and no benefit to going there.
Lovering has rentals, and they clean your car when its being serviced, which may not sound like a huge deal but after a $ 700 maintenance bill… I expect a little more than cold customer service and dishing out a rental fee when they say «its covered».
I’ll drive the extra 30 miles to a better dealership!

I only went to the service department for an inspection. I failed because of a front tie rod and a stabilizer link. They quoted me $ 600, $ 95 alone for an alignment! I called around to get quotes and another Mitsubishi dealer (not private shop) 30 miles south charged me $ 400 for the same service. I don’t plan to give them any more of my money. At least be a fair price to keep customers!

Service department here is horrible. Overpriced oil changes and recommendations change everytime you go. I purchased my vehicle from this location and regret not checking out the service department before I started servicing my vehicle. I have tried contacting the manager, but he has not replied to my emails or calls. I am highly disappointed with the lack of quality and customer service.
