When my 4 year old accidently tripped and my lap top went crashing off of the coffee table — I thought for sure my lap top was all done and it was time for a new one. I had never needed to get repairs so I thought I will drive to best buy. I will refrain from the painful details of the lack of service in the big chain because I want to keep this review about PC Depot — so I after leaving I got on Daniel Webster and while sitting at the red light near the CVS I saw their sign and thought SMALL BUSINESS — YES — Jonathan quickly told me that for $ 160 my laptop could be saved just come back in a week. So I did and guess what — it wasn’t $ 160 — the cost was $ 49.95 because the damage was less than he had thought. God bless you for being so honest and so very good at what you do! I will recommend everyone to your store always — My son and I are very happy with the service you provided.

I recently stopped into this hidden gem of a PC store while building my own machine for the first time. The owner was incredibly helpful, answering my newbie questions and making recommendations. I was fortunate enough to build a system that worked, and I give PC Depot credit for their quality parts and knowledgeable advice. They have won a customer for life.

This is a small neighborhood computer store specializing in computer maintenance and custom system building. I’ve bought several motherboards and components here over the past five years to build inexpensive-​but-​powerful home and office systems, and I’ve found that the owner is knowledgeable about current trends in chipsets and system architectures.
PC Depot is the source of the cheapest cables I’ve yet found in Nashua; stores like Staples and Best Buy make a lot of money off of cable sales and mark them up a lot. If I need some cheap ethernet cabling, keyboard extenders, firewire cables, or USB cables, I come here.
PC Depot’s on-​hand stock tends to be on the less expensive side, but the owner can order anything you ask for. If you need to find enthusiast gamer hardware, you will be better served by checking out Best Buy or Staples, now that CompUSA is gone.
