Been going to Decelles for over 25 years and they have always been fair and honest with me, regardless of whether it was Lucien, Dave or the new guy Mike running the place. Whenever I have warranty work done at the dealer, the dealer inevitably comes up with a big laundry list of things that my car needs done. I take that list to Decelles and instead of simply undercutting the dealer, they usually tell me that most of the work on the list is unnecessary or not worth bothering with given the age and condition of the car. That’s the kind of honesty that keeps me coming back.

I went to Decelles after getting a recommendation from a good friend. Definitely would recommend Decelles to everyone! I brought my car in for a problem with noise in the front when I turned. I also asked if they could verify if everything else was okay for it to pass inspection. First, Mike from Decelles was able to get me in the next day. We dropped the car off the night before and the next morning, Mike called to let me know that it was my wheel bearing. Also, I had a few other items that needed to be fixed. Every item he said needed work was not a surprise and he didn’t add on anything else I wasn’t already aware of. Also, his prices are extremely reasonable! On top of that, he said he could do the inspection a few months early of the due date and get it done all at once. Can’t beat that!!! So he and his team did the work and got it done in a day. I will DEFINITELY bring my other vehicles to him for service.
