My whole family loves Dr. Yao. He’s been there 16+ years and has many returning patients. My four year old had his exam yesterday and Dr. Yao was so good with him in the chair by showing patience and wording procedures in a way that made both my kids comfortable.
The whole appointment was positive from the beginning to the end. I was exceptionally pleased with the sales associate Linda O. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and a helped find the right glasses for both my son and I with such ease. My husband had Kathy as his associate and he was impressed with his service as well.
