Peters Honda of Nashua – Service

I would have highly recommended Peters up to a few months ago when I started my saga of trying to get my Accord airbags replaced. Made an appointment for July 21 to have both airbags replaced. When I went to service I was told, sorry only have the drivers side, which could be changed now and I would receive another appointment as soon as the passenger side came in. Another month or so went by, no call. I called service, sorry no part. Another month or so went by I called service, sorry no part. I told the service adviser that I was very skeptical that in the close to three months that they wouldn’t have received this part. I was told sorry, I would get a call as soon as it came in. Meanwhile I got a card from Honda stating I was overdue for the airbag recall. I called Honda corp back and blasted them for not supplying their dealer network with the replacement airbags and the Honda Customer Service (corporate) said the dealer at worst case should of had have the parts withing two business days after they ran out in July! I entered a complaint with Honda and had them arrange an appointment through Peters to get the replacement done. I don’t know why the Peters Service Adviser thought it was ok to lie to me or what would be their motive to lie? All I know is I’ll be looking at other area Honda dealers shortly when I buy my new Honda. Pity, Peters is very close to my home.

I love coming here for my oil change and maintenance. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable with your needs. I love that they never try to up sell you. I had questions about what maintenances should be considered and when, they were great with explaining. I feel like most car places always up sell their services to you making you feel like you need it to be done that day. Ahem (Jiffy Lube) from previous experiences, not to mention the high price they charge. I will continue to bring my car here as I have never brought it anywhere else since my purchase here a couple years ago. Customer service here is top notch and that is important to me! I LOVE Peters!

Bought car at Peters (Honda Pilot). First time in for service due to mechanical issue. Service Dept. spent all of 10 minutes with me, came out and said, «No issues,» No manager came out, just the worker, whom I explained the issues to… no work order, no service. They didn’t care about my concerns. Left there, went elsewhere and determined drive train belt needed replacement, which is what I thought it was and told this to the service dept. So upset to have purchased the car there and the return for repairs is nothing like that of having decided to buy the car there. Still have some noise issues. told them glove box needs to be better supported… NOTHING! They just said «Can’t duplicate the noise.» Well, if they can’t hear the rattling causing this 14 pilot to sound like a construction truck, perhaps they shoudl not be working there. I will not return and hope to sell the car soon. First Honda experience with car and service, and won’t go back or recommend, since they can’t stand behind their products. Sorry Peggy… I only speakthe truth, with dissapointment…

I contacted the service department manager as requested by the owner after she saw this review and two weeks later have yet to hear back from him. I stand by my opinion that there are better Honda dealers in the area if you need one.

I won’t get into all of the boring details that led me here to write this review but I will say that I had an issue with some maintenance that was done almost 11 months ago and Mike the service manager was able to make things right. He was pleasant, professional, and actually listened to what I had to say. Even though there was a discrepancy I left satisfied and happy to know that they stand by their repairs. I will be returning here for future services to my vehicle!

I was having an issue with my Honda and was far from home. In an effort to deal with the problem, I visited Peters Honda. Upon entering, I could see at least 5 employees behind counters and/​or desks and was not greeted by any of them. I had to then explain my situation to 3 people before they told me it would be at least several hours before they could even look to see if they could help me. On my way out to the parking lot, I overheard a salesman telling a customer that he couldn’t put an automatic starter in for him today but that he could go to lots of other places and get one. I guess this dealership doesn’t need the business. I certainly won’t be back and neither will my many friends and family that own Hondas.

Good honest service center. Wife’s car was purchased here and is services here with no complaints. They always perform the work asked and never try to pressure us to do repairs that are not needed. (Review for service center).
