Great storage facility.
Brian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Highly recommended.

Part of the third floor air conditioning stopped working so it got very hot and very humid in there and management would not open the doors to the other storage section to compensate climate. It took them all summer long to fix but not completely. The mail manager at the facility here in Nashua was very arrogant and unhelpful. A lot of the tenants we’re angry with him including me. He was reported to the area manager.

Signed up late august and was happy to have a climate controlled unit for my stuff. Well upon moving everything in we learned that the ac was not working but were told it would be fixed within the month. Well a month came and went and no ac. So I called corporate to see if something could be done. I was then told the D.M. would be in touch, he never called. I find this very poor business practice.
The security gate was broken for the first two months of renting there, they ARE fixed now though.
The Bathroom… I have NEVER seen such a disgusting bathroom! There was pee all over the toilet, no toilet paper, sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, and there was toilet paper stuck all over the floor. Gross.
And the most recent thing to disturb me; when we were leaving from picking something up in our unit, we drove by the office door and the property manager was standing half in the front office door and half out smoking a cigarette. If i had seen that when i initially went to sign up i would have turned around and gone somewhere else.
In short, this place is poorly run and needs some serious work done.

Great storage facility, if you want to store in a secure facility i recommend public storage as that that facility great service
And a Good Staff to boot.

Needed some climate controlled storage in the Nashua area. This place is very convenient for anybody in Nashua (especially north Nashua).
Almost all the units are climate controlled. They do have other locations up in Manchester with more traditional outside storage (we’ve used them also in the past).
There are no lights inside the units. You get illumination from the hallway lights which are in front of every other unit. If you happen to be between two lights like I am, it is a little dark inside. There are no lights directly over the unit but they could have easily designed it to have lights.
Clean office. Great parking. Automatic doors at the loading dock. Push carts you can use (there are 3 of them so you might be out of luck on a busy day). There are bathrooms by the loading dock that look clean and modern.
Other than the lack of lights, we’re pretty happy with them.
