This was my third stay at this property. Business traveler to Nashua 4 x a year. 100 Marriott nights this year(busy year on the road.) The staff at this property are top notch and can compete with a 5 star property in how they treat the business traveler. An example was this evening’s manager’s hospitality dinner, yes dinner. Full thanksgiving spread with our own turkey carver. The experience could not have been better, until the live music started. It was now near a family fest in the best of terms. Super friendly staff, spotless property with its own putting green, great rooms(even if to can’t figure out how to turn the shower head so it does not spray on the floor), speedy WiFi(note no VPN over WiFi, 1st floor rooms have cat5 ports), and more. If your travels bring you too Nashua or surrounding area, this is the only hotel to stay at, and I have stayed at all the major chain hotels in the area.

I’ve stayed in my share of Marriotts and Hiltons and the set-up for this location was great! The rooms are large and apartment style(think a large studio, not NYC, Boston, DC), with a modern design and set-up. The room came with a full fridge, plates, glasses, wine glasses, and silverware. There was a living room with a nice wrap-around couch, desk, and swivel tv so that you could watch tv or swivel it to the other room and watch while in bed. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean, new, and modern. The hotel had a full breakfast with all of the necessities(eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, etc.). They have a nice heated pool, a large gym, and nearby grocery store and restaurants. The staff was amazing! Everyone was extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming(among the friendliest staff I have seen and I travel a lot)! While you may not be traveling through Nashua often, if you happen to, this Residence Inn is well worth a stay

Modern furnishings, have never stayed at a Residence Inn this swanky. Great location lots of Restaurants/Stores within walking distance. Like there’s also a Grocery Store very near by; U can also walk there.

Decided to stay here since this was a newer RI and I had never been to NH(we were already in the Boston area). The hotel is a bit confusing to get into since the main entrance is in the back but check in is in the front. Not a big deal, though. We were greeted upon check in but not welcomed as a Platinum member which every property is supposed to do. We got a room on the 4th floor which was decently appointed with the new RI stuff. The sofa was pretty uncomfortable to sit on and the pull out bed was very average. The biggest problem was the totally unsafe bathroom. The floors are very slippery to start with. Then you add the shower. My goodness, the shower. It’s «European style» which apparently means that it’s only half enclosed with glass so the water goes everywhere unless you have it barely on. By the time I got out, the floor was soaked. I even messed with the settings on the head to little avail. The floor was so slippery after. If I walked in at 2 am having to go to the bathroom I would have slipped. Totally unsafe and horrible design. Breakfast was pretty good(eggs, waffles, Canadian bacon, etc.). One lady had literally 6 inches of food stacked on her plate which was pretty funny. I wouldn’t stay again because of the bathrooms and it being so far from Boston. Oh well.
