HORRIBLE customer service! There were 3 store workers in this very small shop; and none of them greeted me when I walked in. Two were busy giggling and dancing for each other behind the cash register; the other, whom I believe was the manager couldn’t be bothered with helping 2 other customers or me. She never approached to ask if I needed help… and it was obvious I was going up and down the isles in search of a product (hair gloss). When I gave up searching, and asked for help, she pointed to one product, and then walked away.
I decided to leave without making a purchase. Upon my exit, they all mumbled, «Have a nice day.» I told them directly and courteously that their customer service was terrible. They all looked dumbfounded. I guess dancing for customers is a new idea of customer service. Won’t be shopping here ever again.
