Have spoken with then multiple times about a partial bathroom remodel. I don’t think they really want my business. The gentleman that I am working with(Bob) has visited once, but is very tentative about everything. I finally moved on to a local reputable contractor. My brother warned me not to work with them; said they only want super high end work. Cash is cash to me and if I am willing to pay I don’t get it. Moving on.

The best thing about this store is the showroom. They have quality bath and kitchen items to consider. The employee who helped me was knowledgable and spent a great deal of time helping me with my purchase. I knew I was overpaying for each Toto sink by about $ 100 above the on-line price, but was told they would be first quality and guaranteed. I was willing to over pay for quick delivery and good service. I picked up the sinks(after being lost for a while finding the pick-up location) and kept them in the boxes for a few days before I opened them. One was defective with bubbles around the rim that would show when the sink was installed. Everyone at the store was so surprised that the Toto sink was defective. So they made arrangements to get another sink. 2 days later I drove the long distance to return and pick-up the new sink. No one could find it. So they ordered another one. I was totally bummed. I picked Up the replacement a few days later and when I returned home called to say the stock numbers were the same, but the sizes of the boxes were different. I was assured they were the same sink. 3 weeks later when the sinks were installed, the Ripano installer(fabulous) came to me with bad news… The sinks were not the same size. One was 1 inch wider than the other so the overhang of the granite wasn’t equal. I was red with disbelief. Several phone calls later they told me I could hire another plumber to remove the sink and exchange it. Draw your own conclusions on the service of the store, how far you should travel to do your business here, and the responsibility one needs to take in making purchases.

There is never anyone available to help you when you need it at Splash. They seem chronically understaffed, but worse than that… they are chronically unfriendly. I have never talked with anyone who is actually friendly at Splash. Ever.
