Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. I stopped in planning to purchase items from a baby registry and when I asked the 20-something girl at the customer service counter how to get a copy of the mom-to-be’s list her response was«you can go print one». Umm, ok. Where? Her response(without ever making eye contact): «under the sign that says ‘Registry’ «. Fine. I found the sign and entered all details into the kiosk under it and… nothing. I tried again and still nothing so I returned to customer service and found another indifferent & bored looking 20-something chatting with a coworker and told her that I was unable to print my list @ the kiosk. Her response: «it’s broken» — then back to chatting with her friend. I asked her if she could somehow get me a copy, which she did — with a sigh. I was then presented with 5 pages of a registry that one hour before(online) had nearly 200 items. Miss Congeniality assured me that that was everything. All that was left and everything under $ 10 which made no sense. I eventually found another(older) salesperson who offered to help. This lady(the ONLY helpful person there) found the remaining 14PAGES of my registry INTHETRASH behind the customer service counter! Miss Congeniality 20-Something’s response? «Whoops», a giggle, then back to chatting with her coworker friend. Hey Management — the kids you hired need some supervision. Maybe you can start by defining what the phrase«customer service» means.

I stood at the counter waiting for help only to have two people look at me and walk away. Another came to the desk and turned her back and started working on the computer until I asked her to help me. Her response was to call someone over to the department, but of course no one showed. I called the store from my phone and told them what aisle I was in, explaining that their attempts to help me failed. Her response, «we don’t carry that product you will need to go another store». Waste of time and poor service

Nothing much different than your typical Toys R Us here. They have the Babies R Us items in this store as well. Lots of people typically on weekends(and weekdays too) due to the proximity of the MA border, and it is usually reflected in the size of the lines. The one thing that I don’t get about this place, however, is why they choose to print out 47 coupons on 1.5 miles of a receipt. Just target your rewards card usage and send direct mailings. Im sure your vendors(Huggles, etc) would help defray the cost based on the market research you are providing them… Just a thought.

I love Toys R Us! I always end up getting a really good deal here. You just have to look for them otherwise it can be really expensive.

Far from home & just needed to run in to get Diapers… Have yet to come up here & look around since the Toys/Babies split… Would love to come back & look around & then will truly be able to review… As for now, had a decent time just ran in like I said for diapers… Im from Mass so I love the NOTAX!

It’s toys-r-us…can’t really say I’ve had a «bad» experience here, but nor can I say I’ve had a «great» experience here. Shopping is shoppping… When I’m buying toys for my son, nephews, friends kids, this is usually the most convenient and best selection around for me to go to… central location, close to work… no sales tax.
