Good place to go if you want to buy the next great device. Not so much if you need small inexpensive accessories. Customer service was particularly bad when I went in to purchase something small the other day. I was told I needed to wait until«someone was available». Meanwhile, there was plenty of help available as the store was practically empty. The rep who was looking for someone to help me could have easily rang me up on his iPad and I would have been in and out. Instead, he spent twice as much time looking for someone else to do it. Not the best management model.

Tried another Verizon store and had better experience with this one. The rep(Lisa) gave me a tip that to «cross-activate» phone all I need to do was swapping SIM cards. Also didn’t give me too hard time trading in my old iPhone 4 by looking for microsopic imperfections. Did pushed a little too hard on expensive accessories, on the other hand.

My husband and I went to combine our individual plans into a family plan and upgrade our phones on Saturday around 7pm. We ended up being there until about 9:45 because they were having computer/system issues and couldn’t combine our accounts. Kassy was very nice and apologetic, and they comped us our LifeProof case and a $ 25 credit, but unfortunately in the end they were unable to finalize everything and asked us to come back Monday. We came back Monday night(last night) and had to wait 1 ½ hr just to be helped! Andrew was great when he assisted us, it just took forever just to get to him! It’s like we were in some re-occurring nightmare just sitting there waiting… waiting…waiting. There were only 2 employees and about 20 people waiting. I think they had to have the Tech guy come out and assist people, they were so backed up. Verdict: Good service, but extremely sloooooooow… PLEASE get more employees in your store and PLEASE fix your systems so we don’t have to spend a total of 5 hours in your store in two days! We were so frustrated that we were very close to completely giving up on Verizon and going with another carrier! Argh!
