They never changed my address and now I have no tv. Customer service and tech support can’t figure it out. There were 2 of us paying the bill for this address and the other people shut it off so now I’m screwed. I just paid 200 for the month even though the other people were paying too. I’m calling direct tv tomorrow.

New store on 219 Daniel Webster Highway next to noodle house. Amherst store is closed. Honestly wasn’t expecting a top notch flagship looking store. Checkin guy was wicked nice and Ryan who helped me was very calm and easy to talk to. Got everything sorted out. Very pleased!
