I would rate this place less if I could. I ordered from GrubHub and it took them THREE hours to get me my food. Despite the fact that my place of employment is literally less than five minutes from them. I called them after an hour and a half and they said he had just left and would be there soon. I called after two and a half and they gave me the same response. They said there was traffic. No chance that traffic was so bad it delayed them that much. They didn’t even apologize or offer me a discount and, after waiting three hours for it, the food was very subpar.

Zero stars. Don’t even bother with this place. After two phone calls to check on our order it still took literally two hours. The estimated delivery time was 30 – 45 minutes. My boyfriends $ 16 bruschetta chicken was fettuccine with marinara and a grilled piece of chicken. None of the other handful of ingredients listed on the menu description were apart of it. The salad came without dressing… Cool thanks guys? Now for dessert… Well the chocolate torte is really just a piece of cake that looks like it was purchased from Walmart. And they totally forgot to put in the other dessert we ordered and paid for. Never again. I’ll stick with Dolce Vita for late night delivery.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! THEY TAKE TWO HOURS JUST TO DELIVER FOOD 15 minutes away. I don’t know what their system is but I know never to order food from them. I paid $ 14 for manicotti with spinach and a pink sauce. I don’t see any spinach and no pink sauce it is salty white sauce. I placed it through order up which makes the company look bad. I was looking forward to a yummy dinner. Very disappointed.

The food was pretty good! Cheeseburger was alright, fries were good, chips were regular chips. The mozzarella sticks were nothing new but the marinara sauce was delicious. Ordered off GrubHub and it was 30 – 40 min later than their estimated 55 minutes. So that wasn’t cool. There was nothing stellar about the order, if you’re looking for regular food, it’s fine.

The taste of this pizza is amazing. Anyone not rating the taste a 5 needs to troll on out of here. I’ve tried hundreds of pizza’s around the city and non compare from grimaldis to bunch of hole in the wall places. The trick is do not order a slice, why the hell would you order a slice for 5 bux. Get a damn pie, you waited almost an hour. I always order the fully loaded pie for 32 bux. Never waited in line more then an hour. Best pizza i ever had.

It was honestly the worst food I’ve had since college cafeteria food.
1^st: I ordered Bruschetta as an appetizer. The tomatoes were sour. The sauce was bitter. And there was no hint of garlic & onion flavorings. The bread looked and tasted like someone torched the sides of the bread with a lighter and threw it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Just terrible.
2^nd: I ordered the Italian Chicken for the entrée. I had high hopes that this was going to taste like everything Italian Chicken dish should take like: soft & bold flavor in the sauce, lightly sautéed vegetables, thin slices of juicy chicken on a bed of thin airy noodles. No, it was the opposite. The sauce tasted like hot water with old chicken juice. The chicken was rubbery and had absolutely no flavor. The vegetables were not sautéed together and looked like they were out of a can, especially the mushrooms. The noodles were dense and sticky. It was just terrible!
Seriously, I was more shocked than upset. Nashville has great food selections so I am just confused about how this happened…

I ordered delivery through their website (the cheaper option as delivery apps add their own fees) and have a very happy belly now! My pizza arrived on schedule (expected delivery was between 30 – 45 minutes and it came in about 35) and exactly as I’d ordered it. Most importantly, it was delicious: fresh and flavorful ingredients on a perfect crust (soft with just the right crunch). I’ve yet to visit in person, but I’m grateful to have a local option for pizza delivery (rather than a chain) and I love their late hours…5am!

Ordered delivery. It estimated 55 minutes as max and arrived 45 late. Arrived cold. The food wasn’t bad. I’m sure if it had arrived in a timely manner and warm it would have been ok. We ordered the smoked panini and calamari. It was ok.

Bummed. Ordered food from 12 S bistro thru grub hub. never again. Grub hub sent over wrong order. N big mess to get the correct one. Do NOT use grub hub. Not reliable. 2.5 hours to get correct order. Salmon tasted like jerky.

Placed an order online for one of their gluten free pizzas. I was excited because there’s not many in the area that offer this. Got a phone call 10 minutes later telling me they don’t actually have the gluten free dough available anymore. Don’t list it on your website if you don’t have it. Completely unacceptable.
