I wouldn’t suggest this place to my worst enemy. In my 30 years of working on motorcycles I have dealt with 3 times and each time the part failed within a month. My latest experience I was riding my bike in Nashville and my rear brake master cylinder failed. So I went there, bought the part, installed in the parking lot and it wouldn’t work. He wouldn’t let me exchange or get a refund but was told before had a 90 day warranty. There is a reason he has a scar on his face because he must have ripped the wrong person off. If you do decide to Vist the place I suggest carrying a weapon.

Absolute worst customer service ever. Only, bad customer service is over lookable. Other than the bad service these guys sell total crap to unsuspecting customers. After actually being in this store and seeing the horror that is there I would NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! Really should be out of business by now. Will take advantage of you, treat you like crap and in the end probably kill you with any bike you take off their floor. Absolute GARBAGE

Omg now my son brakes have locked up on his bike I just picked up Tuesday and they suposably fixed brakes and $ 349 and only 3 days larger my son can’t ride his bike again I’m gonna check on some legal stuff against this company it is terrible don’t take nothing to this slum of a place

I’m sure most of their customers are not the Unilocal-​type. They probably walk in or see the sign because they have such a central location. I’m telling you, seriously, DO NOT GO HERE. I have a 78kz650 and the few times I’ve tried to buy used parts from them have been horrible experiences. They charged me about $ 40 for a clutch cable that came off a bike that had probably been in the flood. MOST OF THEIR PARTS BIKES WENT THROUGH THE NASHVILLE FLOOD AND THEY WON’T TELL YOU. If you call them they forget to call you back half the time. The inside of the shop is a total mess and they only sell sketchy cheap Hyosung motorcycles and a few others on consignment. I could go on. If they have a used part you need it might be worth risking it but if you care about your motorcycle at all do not let them near it. Save yourself the time, stress and money and go to one of the many competent motorcycle shops in town.
