I just moved to Nashville in January and got a 10×10 unit for about 130/​month — climate controlled and safe. Worth it. I could access my unit any time day or night. Every time I went into the office to make a payment, the staff were warm and kind and efficient. When I went to leave, they made an error after I vacated by sending a late notice. When I called to clear it up, they got back to me within 10 minutes and were professional, apologetic and fixed the error immediately. As far as self storage facilities go, these guys seem to have their stuff together.

My unit leaked in a big rainfall. Water from the roof came down the back wall and ruined my new mattresses. I was told this was not covered. Really? I’m paying for a leaking unit? That makes sense!
