If there could be a negative rating there should be. Don’t go to this practice! It is a factory for the benefit of rich, uncaring doctors that are too busy to meet with patients. He ordered an MRI at my insistence, When he called to tell me results at 6:30pm that he found a cyst, he was rushing, too busy to answer questions. He said «schedule an appt with me where we can go over all your questions, so the next day I called and asked for an appt with him. I took off work and found out he was out of office for 3 weeks and had a PA scheduled. I told front office desk, who had as much attitude and arrogance as Dr. Anderson, that the scheduler to me I had an appt with him because I had questions on my MRI. She said «oh, he does that… he sometimes reassigns patients to his PA» So they «lie» or misrepresent that you will see a doctor. Not surprising, there was no office manager to meet with, so I left and scheduled with Dr. Pagnani who has wonderful reviews. Patient beware!
