We were freezing walking down Broadway so we stopped in for a quick drink to warm up and I was very pleasantly surprised. Each coffee isn’t just handmade but they take the time to make sure it’s perfect. Exceptional cappuccino and I tried my friends chicken salad croissant sandwich was was also delicious. Would highly recommend! It’s also in the same building as the Johnny Cash museum which is also very cool and they play the music in the café!

Fabulous! Everything was awesome. First time to Nashville, felt like home. We didn’t pay for the museum tour because it was $ 17 per person and an hour tour. We did however have coffee, tea, and a sun dried tomato chicken paninni sandwich! Delish. Prices were super cheap and the food was top knotch. Highly recommended if your in the area. Free public parking several blocks down otherwise $ 16 an hour!

Been here several times and never had a bad cup. Both plain coffee and mocha’s have consistent good flavor. Pricing is on par with other coffee houses. The museum staff is hit and miss when it comes to friendliness; however, the coffee baristas/cashiers are always very nice.

I recently attended an event at the Music City Center. Long conference days require me to take breaks(short walks) and supplement my morning coffee with an afternoon one as well. Although the weather wasn’t super warm, they still had iced coffee on hand(got a fresh batch both days). The milk-sugar-etc bar is well stocked and was always clean, despite being rather busy. However, I can’t give above a 3-star review(and not sure if I should even give them that… if this was anything other than coffee they’d definitely get a 1 – 2 for lack of access) because they don’t have any wheelchair accessible tables — all seats are bar height. I visited with a friend who is about 5’3″, and these seats are also uncomfortable for her. So she perched on her stool, and I sat next to her in my wheelchair and felt like I was in the way of traffic. On my second visit I just got my drink to go and went outside to enjoy the sunbreak. I realize this isn’t the type of location that calls for lingering(I’m guessing most of the patrons are museum visitors), but being given the option of a table would be very nice.

Literally one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. I’m from LA too and we have Intelligentsia, Caffe Organico, blah blah blah. Bongo was amazing

All I can say is OMG! An amazing cup of joe AND an amazing museum. As if great coffee and treats weren’t enough, the design and quality of this establishment is well beyond awesome. If you’re downtown, don’t waste your time with average coffee, hit the«Cash» coffee stop at Bongo Java on Third Street and hang with the truly cool kids. You won’t be disappointed.

First time visiting the Cash Museum and this coffee shop was a really great touch. Great selection of drinks and food, and it was fun to relax for a bit and watch Johnny Cash on their big video wall. Prices were solid for downtown, and the employees here were really nice as well. Definitely recommend.
