This is a good location from which to buy boots, whether you’re a Nashville local or a tourist. Opryland in general can be hit and miss, and this store is no exception. I’ve experienced inconsistent service here, but my most recent visit was very positive and changed my view of this location. I was fitted for a pair of boots that I’d considered buying in the past, but declined at the time after receiving service similar to that of Deb P. on this page. This time was much different; the manager personally assisted me in selecting the perfect pair of boots and took his time explaining different things about the boots and the store. I’m happy and confident in my purchase from Boot Barn.

I was so disappointed. I had chosen a pair of boots — was ready to pay — and barely acknowledged. Ignored when I was clearly walking around searching for a size and had to ASK for assistance. Barely acknowledged at the cash register. I had my ca$h out ready to pay — and decided to leave after I paid for a pair of socks which I took for when I tried on the boots, i.e. did not buy the boots.
I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I am glad to see that there are people on Unilocal who had a more positive experience than me.
I learned a valuable lesson: talk with your feet, i.e. if you feel that you are not treated right, just leave.

This place was awesome! It was absolutely huge, there’s hundreds of styles of boots to choose from with styles like Justin and Ariat. Not only are their boots but there’s clothing men, women’s and kids same for the boots. They have authentic cowboy and cowgirl hats, belt buckles and home accessories. It’s about the same price you’d pay for a pair of boots anywhere. Will most definitely go back!

Huge selection of men’s and women’s boots in a variety of sizes, colors, and designs. If you want cowboy boots, this is the place to go! Also a selection of cowboy hats and bling belts. Located in the middle of the mall.
