Buddy Allen Carpet One

Horrible experience carpet installer yelled at me because I didn’t have enough of my furniture moved.
Call to complain to owner jack and he told me that I needed to apologize also.
Left staples out all over the place
And my nine-​year-​old daughter got a staple in her foot because of it.
left sharp blades out for my nine-​year-​old to find. The installers for buddy carpets are only hired by them, they don’t work for buddy and so they don’t feel like they have to do a good job.
Installer left something underneath my carpet in my closet so now there is a bump.
Just a horrible experience and management wasn’t willing to do anything about all of the problems. Installers also broke one of my pictures and didn’t offer to replace it. Nice
Great price on carpet if your willing. Judson was helpful but his brother the owner wasn’t willing to fix any mishaps !
Buyer beware

When my home was built BA installed carpet and VCT. The installer must have used a blue marker on the VCT and it bled through. Also yellow stains bled through the surface. I went to the store and was told it wasn’t their problem to see the builder. The builder said BA was responsible for their workmanship. Nothing was done by either. I ended up having to replace at my expense.

The floor work is done. My 1956 home is wearing very very nice pants now. Owner Zach Allen and Expert Salesperson Georgia Girl Ellen make it easy. All the guys who do the hard work brush their hair and teeth, don’t stand around and smoke, and have the people skills along with floor surgeon hands. There you have it… dammit…
