Not big on hospitals… but this one isn’t the best. Really think they need to get a better system on checking in patients.
You have to check in first, so plan to wait at least 15−45mins, then you have to register and fill out all the stuff you have already gave them. Hint, keep this in your systems so the patients don’t have to wait longer. How about confirm what you have and if you need to change it then so be it, but don’t re-​ask all the same info you got 3 days ago… pointless! This wastes time and makes other people wait.
Rooms aren’t all that great. Nurses are wonderful though.
Complimentary valet parking is a plus.
Everyone does seem very friendly here, but still not blown away.
