Collier Ab Wrecker Service

My very pregnant daughter’s car broke down on the side of Interstate 440. A helpful policeman drove her home and I contacted Allstate to request a tow. The repair shop recommended A.B. Collier, but Allstate’s foreign customer service folks couldn’t figure out how to select a particular vendor. The vendor they selected for me provided an arrival time of 10:20pm — it was 6:20pm, which was fine since she was home safe. We arrived at 9:50 and waited unil 11:00pm for the tow. They never showed and the phone went straight to voicemail. The tow company ever contacted myself or Allstate to say they were unable to assist. So after much frustration, Allstate hooked me up with A.B. Collier. Blake was the driver. He showed up and had the car up on the truck by 11:20pm. He explained that he knew where to take it, he just need the keys, had us make sure we had anything of value out of the vehicle, and told us to drive home safe and he took care of everything from there. Thank you A.B. Collier and thank you Blake. Great service, I definitely recommend them.
