Dream Team Oral Surgery and Implant Specialty Group

The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, however two unacceptable things happened in regards to their billing department:
I was not informed that my insurance was not in their network (after asking repeatedly) and was given a fake «cash deal». The cash deal was presented as a discount for paying for the procedure, in its entirety, ahead of time. However, a month after the procedure, I was sent a bill. When I asked what it was about, I was only met with the excuse, «You signed something that said you would pay this, regardless of what you were told.» Thanks, your lying about the cash deal soiled this entire experience.
My advice would be to ask very direct questions to whomever is explaining the finance aspect of your procedure, this is still a business, they will still try to sell your own well-​being to you.
