Emma Bistro

This is a great little space. I was there for a Meetup and it was perfect. There is plenty of seating with comfy chairs and booths. There also looked like a kitchen and wet bar area was available for use to (though we didn’t use it). Very clean and great downtown location. I thought it would be great for a wedding reception or company party as well. I will definitely be back.

Over, behind The Pinewood Social Restaurant is a large room for renting.
It has a full kitchen, bathrooms, screens, a playroom in the back, big upholstered chairs and tables.
If you need a meeting place, something not expensive or over the top for a wedding or engagement party, this would be the proper space.
They have a podium, microphones, speaker system, and plenty of free parking.

I was here on two occasions for meetings. The place was comfortable — temperature wise, plenty of windows so I didn’t feel like I was in a box, clean bathrooms, a kitchen with appliances to warm my take out food, and a play room should I bring my neighbors child with me.
I don’t know the pricing, because I wasn’t the one renting the space.
But if you check out their website, there’s all kinds of rental ideas, prices, by the day, by the week or by the month.
I didn’t see any fold up chairs, but many upholstered chairs to sit in. Some were badly stained and could use a good shampoo, but otherwise, the event space is clean and comfortable.
