i been here for two years receiving dysport with no problems but on august 26,2014 i received dysport and the new juvaderm xc (voluma xc) and i got an infection in my right eye. it started in the left eye then proceeeded to the right eye. the left eye cleared up but the right eye i had to go to a clinic ;then, to an eye specialist. I sent dr. gingress office pics of the eye and asked for antiobiotics with no luck. i then went to see her personally. i asked for my money back with no luck; then, i went straight to an eye dr and after about a week it cleared up. i am better now. dr. gingress office did call me. i asked again that i thought it would be good business to give my money back with the trouble i have been thru especially the money from the juvaderm. i feel that was the problem. no luck there but i want ever go back there again.

Found out about Dr. Gingrass through 2 friends. Of the consultations I had, she was the only one that took the time to try on different implants to help me achieve the look I wanted. She took her time with me and gave honest feedback which really helped me decide on her. I didn’t feel like she just wanted to give me a bigger look but really wanted to help me look my best for my figure and proportion. They only thing that I wish that was different was that I think she may have been wearing big jewelry in the OR. When she came to see me while I was in the holding area, she had it on. It just made me a little nervous. I would have preferred no jewelry or something small. Otherwise, I’ve been very pleased with my post-​op appointments and very happy with my new look that I’ve waited a long time to get.
