Happy Nails

I have been coming to this nail salon since I’ve moved to Bellevue over a year ago. Although their work is great, I have gotten beyond frustrated with their wishy-​washy work hours. I’ve sat in my car for 45 mins sometimes on the wkd waiting for them to open (their sign says 9am and nobody shows up to open til close til 10am). Today I am here at 10:10 am and only one gentleman is there working with 4 people waiting. He calls the ladies to come in And says it will be another 15 mins. The guy I was waiting with said he’s always waiting for staff to show up and I have had the same experience several times. Very unprofessional to not open when your signs say and to have low staffing. I will now be taking my business elsewhere unfortunately bc this is not right.

They are great at what they do when you can get them to do it. Past few times I have visited I either had to wait over an hour or actually leave. I understand being busy and frustrated but I don’t like when the process is rushed. I also worked all day to pay for this and want my nails done right. They will also keep taking pedicures before manicures because they have their kids doing the pedicures so more people doing that than manicures. Enough of my rant. Like I said if you can go in at a non busy time. They are great.

This was ridiculous. I paid the MOST I have ever paid for a shellac nail polish on my short nails. It peeled off in less than 4 days!!! I have had this done many times before lasting at least two weeks. Plus all I wanted was a re-​polish on my toes and they charged me 16 dollars because I wanted a flower on my toe and they could barely make a flower. Don’t offer art if no one on staff can do it. Overall, so disappointed. I have to say I tried to give them a fair shot. I had been before and the experience was the same again. Too expensive for the quality.

Had a great time with my 2 year old daughter. They treated us very good. 2 chairs for kids and there’s a Starbucks next door that’s a plus.

One of the most friendly places to get your nails done that I have ever been to. Had my first acrylic set put on in 2000 and have been a happy customer ever since. They just went through renovations and the massage chairs are a great added touch. They know every regular customer by name and usually by service unless they switch it up. Also, if you’re looking for someone to do your eyebrows, Hannah is the person to see! Love them!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for over 10 years. They recently updated the place and it’s relaxing and beautiful. Family owned and operated. Best nail salon in Bellevue!
