The newly renovated gym facilities (Jan 2016) place them in the top tier of any private gym in the Nashville area! The concierge staff are all fantastic. And the location can’t be beat. Wonderful rooftop lounge views of downtown Nashville.

Management here is horrible. I am renting here and wanted to buy a unit in the building when my lease is up but have decided to try another better managed building. They tow cars that are legally parked whenever they feel like it (to access a dumpster) — which would be fine if there was a sign up or any kind of notice but when you park legally on a public city street you don’t expect the building you live in to tow you. They want to be an upscale building but the service aspect just is not there — probably why units in this building have been sitting on the market for 60 – 90 days plus.

These condos are great but they allow prostitution stings on the premises. It was quite disturbing to see all these trashy looking women brought out in handcuffs. Those are not the type of people id like to see here.
