If you like J Crew, there are some good deals to be found. No, it’s not all the newest stuff, but if you like the look, you’ll find lots to like. And for an outlet/factory store, the staffing was very good, professional, and helpful.

Totally worth making the drive to Opry Mills just for the J. Crew Factory store. It’s on the upscale side of the «0» shaped mall.
All the clothes are presented very neatly, the store is well lit, clean, all the lights are on, etc. The racks are not over packed and it does not feel junky in the way a lot of the other stores there do. The customer service is not the same as at the regular (Green Hills Mall) J. Crew store though. On the day I went, the only employee that talked to me (besides the cashier) was the employee in charge of the fitting rooms. It’s definitely a self-serve environment. (The only other J. Crew Factory store I have been to is the one in Napa, CA. At that one, the employees were super friendly.)
They had good promos going on when I went, an extra % off sale items, etc. So, next time I’m in Nashville, I will go back.
