Awful customer service. I came in to buy a prepaid phone service. The girl at the counter didn’t seem knowledgeable, she kept calling someone for advise. Then she charged me for the SIM card and phone plan, but never added it to my service! It’s the second day when I’m without a phone. I called customer service and they told me that it was a problem at the store, they simply didn’t add a plan to my service, even though they charged me for that. Also I called the night before to the store to raise this issue and they promised to call me back, but never did. Now I’m calling to the store and will possibly have to go there again!
Poor Mexican customer service. Yes, there are Mexicans work there.

FRAUD alert. Bought their service via EBAY to repair the glass on my galaxy active. They required more money, twice, saying it would cost more than the ebay item. I paid both. They did not ship as promised and then they gave the the run around for more than a month. long enough that I could no longer dispute on ebay. I’ve texted and emailed and I kept getting lies about it shipping the next day to keep me delaying.
