Although I understand that I came through during a late hour but I also work at a fast food chain and regardless of what time it is you always want to make sure that you receive food that is fresh. Our burgers tasted as if it hadn’t been sitting for a good while and the fries were as if they had been cooked forever ago. The girl in drive thru had no personality and your suppose to be pleasant even if its fake. Completely real bad service won’t go back.

I am a fast-food restaurant hater. I do not like them. Other than when I was on a business trip to Blackstone, VA in the summer and McDonald’s was the only place to grab something quick, I have not eaten at a McDonald’s in years. Based on my one experience at this restaurant, this is not your typical McDonald’s. First of all, the parking lot was clean. When I entered the restaurant, the interior was clean. The décor was very nice — for a Quick Service Restaurant(QSR). They had a couple of nice TV’s. An EUFA Champions League game was on. The cashier’s primary language was not English — but she was very, very nice and friendly. I’ll take her over a surly cashier whose primary language is English any day! McDonald’s has a menu where you can eat healthy if you want to. I ordered the Spiced Chicken Chili Wrap — Grilled. It tasked good. They totally exceeded my expectations for a QSR in general and specifically McDonald’s. I planned to just order and leave. The environment was so nice, relatively speaking — remember it is a QSR and not fine dining, I placed my order to eat-in, watched a little of the game, and relaxed. My image of McDonald’s are dirty restaurants, inside and out, with surly and rude employees, and cruddy food. This restaurant is the exact opposite and that is why I wrote this review. I will definitely go back. If the results are different, I will post such.

The customer service has gone downhill over the last few months. I think there was a change in management. The order accuracy is terrible and the majority of the staff DONOT speak or understand English very well at all. So disappointing. I will drive to the next closest location if and when I eat at McDonalds again.
