ALWAYS check your order before you pull off… These people can never get an order right

Every time I went here they got my order wrong. Ordered 20 piece mcnuggets I got 10. Another time they forgot my whole burger. There’s too many to tell here where they keep getting it wrong. Please make sure you double check what you get from the drive thru. It would save you the trouble. We shouldn’t even be double checking… Major quality issues

This McDonalds used to be the best McDonalds I ever stopped at. Food was hot, quick, and the staff was friendly and efficient. What happened? The lines were constantly moving through, so they used to send a young man outside to take your order. He always used to wish me a blessed day. He’s gone now. The last two times I stopped here they got my order wrong and asked me to «pull Forward» with a promise to bring my missing item right out. Both times I waited ten minutes and my item never came. Such a waste of what used to be a great place.

After waiting in a line that stretched back to the traffic light I placed my order, paid, pulled up to the delivery window and waited, and waited, and waited. This is not how things generally work there, I order a pretty simple egg and cheese biscuit or two when I do go here and the longest I’ve been at the window was 20 seconds. This day was different. I was there about three minutes, when the order came there was a burnt to a crisp hashbrown on top, assumed this was my order, left… it wasn’t my order. I learned it wasn’t my order about 20 minutes later when starving I sat down to eat… and couldn’t… because the hashbrown was charcoal, and the rest was not something I would even consider eating. Remembering the insane line I decided to just pop McDonalds corp a note with the details and ask for a refund. Corp said they’d forward it, and a few days later I got a response indicated that local had heard me, but the only remedy would be more training for the team. Errr… fine and all, but this was just one screw up and I just wanted a refund without having to wade through that traffic snarl that McDonalds creates every morning. Hell, even a coupon would be fine. But no

I didn’t think McDonald’s standards could be much lower. I was wrong. Slow service. Disinterested workers. Smells like B.O.

Matt L. has once again gone off track and decided to review a McDonald’s. Every now and then, Matt goes for the extremely lame and reviews a McDonald;s. I’d say he’s hit the bottle, but he doesn’t drink. But then again, if Matt L. doesn’t drink, how did he get that way? I’m actually writing this from another McDonald’s that I like, and the contrast is apt. This McDonald’s has comfortable seating, a good number of easily accessible electrical outlets, and parking that makes sense. None of this is true at the McDonald’s in MetroCenter. The seats are these hard plastic and metal jobs that put your butt to sleep if you’ve sat there for more than ten minutes. There’s one, ONE, outlet, and it’s behind the employment computer. Stupid. And the parking is ridiculous. The parking next to the door is completely blocked off by the drive-thru traffic. And since it’s on a slope, it’s ridiculous trying to park if you can get in there. Someone said that this place is better than the Taco Bell next to it. Maybe, but if I’m in MetroCenter in the future and need to grab a bite, I’ll be getting tacos over burgers.

Probably the busiest restaurant drive through I have ever seen. Put it this way, they had workers outside with an iPad type device taking people’s orders to keep it moving. Inside was kind of small, but clean, people were nice, etc. No kid play area and this is in a little mini complex of a couple other fast food places. They got my order right each time, and food was fine, I would definately recommend for breakfast.

Meh, at least it was better than Taco Bell. So picture it. It was 2 am. I was sick, I was hungry, and Taco Bell had already screwed up my order. So I came to McD’s. The food was fine… when I actually got it. I sat in the drive thru for a good 20 minutes. After 10 minutes I started timing it. I thought fast food was supposed to be… well…fast???

I know it’s just a McDonald’s. But come on. If you say you’re 24 hours, be 24 hours. And don’t be rude.

4 stars for being there for me after midnight on my way back to the hotel with a board advertising 99 cent chocolate dipped cones … I honestly can’t remember the last time I had one … and boy did it not disappoint considering I had the«ate dinner too early» munchies. Minus 1 star for the isolated cashier behind what I hope was bullet proof glass and the metal extend-a-drawer like they have at some bank drive-thrus … made me question the safety of my temporary digs.
