Best Threading in Nashville! I had a great experience. I booked an appt using their online appt system — super easy! The owner greeted me upon arrival and offered me water while she finished up her other client. Then she consulted with me on the shape I wanted for my brows. She uses high-quality threads to do my threading. She quickly shaped my brows, and it was relatively painless. Threading is great because it grabs all the hairs and pulls them out by the root. There’s no chance of pulling off extra skin like waxing, and no wax residue to deal with either. The owner provided great customer service and my brows looked fabulous. I’m ready to book my next appt! Her threading skills are the best in Nashville hands down!

So, I’m not exactly sure what the other reviewer’s issue was — maybe New Yorkers are a different breed… That said, I’ve been to Music City Wax and Facial and have nothing but good things to say about it. No, it doesn’t have its own dedicated building(were you expecting Walmart?) but it does have its very own, high-end, dedicated space. Yeah, I’m a dude, but I get my eyebrows done. Get over it. Waxing can be painful, as can be threading, but Ferie’s threading skills are amazing. Perfectly-crafted eyebrows and virtually no pain. That’s amazing in its own right. Add in the fact that the prices are reasonable and the owner is involved and you’ve got a win-win combination. While I don’t live there anymore, and don’t get to go as often, I still make it a point to make a visit every time I’m back in town. Seriously, her threading skills are that good.

The owner Ferie does not know how to run a business, which is why I’m rating this a one star. She is difficult to understand and unprofessional. I only received a leg wax so I cannot comment on threading. I found this place on Unilocal when I was visiting Nashville & decided to give it a try when her website advertised 35% off ANY service. I should have realized Ferie was full of it when I called to make an appointment & she tried to tell me that 35% off was only for facials & she offered 25% off waxing. Her website does not specify a difference. I scheduled a full leg wax, which her website rates at $ 70(Nashville competitors range $ 65 – 70’s). When I arrived I saw that the space is only a small room for wax/facials & Ferie’s threading studio is across the way, which has the actual phone & register. Btw, this is not a salon, she simply rents the room for waxing services only. Ferie then takes me in the small room & asks me to show her my legs so she can quote me a price. She is not the person who does waxes so I dont know why I’m subject to this awkward process. Because of the language barrier she does not make it clear that her quote of $ 70 includes a 25% discount & since I’m already there on the table, I agree. The waxer, who is a nice woman working there part time, entered the room & looked confused by the whole process. I will say that the waxing was thorough and the woman was friendly & professional. After we’re done I return to the other room to pay, and am confused by Ferie telling me it’s $ 70 with a 25% discount because normally my legs would be $ 90 and her rate of $ 70 is $ 70 and up. I didn’t question her obvious math deficiency and the fact that this woman is pulling numbers out of nowhere because I will never return. I wouldn’t have driven 30 minutes outside of Nashville to get a service that is the same price in a real salon! In fact, I live in Brooklyn and even in the nicest of neighborhoods you would not charge $ 90 for a leg wax! Save your money & time and go somewhere else.
