Extremely impressed with the professionalism and service of this company. We had a bad experience with another local company, and called One Hour to help instead. Our service tech Jeff was super punctual, always wore shoe covers in the house, and explained the problem in terms I could understand. The price was much cheaper than we had been paying and for better service! Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my condensation drain. They sent a tech to fix within about an hour. The tech was very nice and didn’t charge too much. Two thumbs up!

Great professionalism! Great service! These guys are on the ball. Set up the appt. Terry was there exactly when he said he’d be. Very pleasant and courteous! On top of that, he knows his business.
