Perales, Maria I

I appreciate Dr. Perales. She’s a good doctor who cares. However, after being here several times and waiting no less than an hour each time for my appointment, I can’t bear it. The initial review is hilarious because the air just kicked on.
I’m guessing that this will be my last visit. I can’t sacrifice 4 hours every visit. I haven’t had an experience with the women being unfriendly behind the desk. But I’ve given them a side-​eye or two for the comments they’ve made to ESL patients and their lack of HIPAA consideration when talking to people.
Basically, you can just walk into this office at any point. I heard the admin say that there were owls on the list without an appointment. Combine that with over-​booking appointments and the dreadful experience of waiting begins to trump the goodness of Dr. Perales. The parrot back there is kinda cool, though.
I just hit the 1 hour mark of waiting, btw.
