I’ve tried them all here– and this is the friendliest and most conscience pharmacy I’ve ever used. Aderson in particular is a great asset to their pharmacy team, as well as the other pharmacists and techs there. You’re not a number here like at Walgreens~ you’re a person! I know~ that’s crazy talk… Love this pharmacy and would never use another! :)

This location is sorely in need of a pressure wash and a remodeling, but the staff is very friendly and helpful and seem to genuinely care about everyone that walks in. Prices will knock your head off, but hey it’s a West End pharmacy what do you expect.

Needed an item while I was in town and they had what I wanted. The location is nice because it’s close to the Vanderbilt campus and walking distance from the hotel I was staying in.

This Rite Aid is conveniently located near my place and a great spot to load up on conveniences if you can’t make it out to a Target or a grocery store to stock up on household items. Nestled near Centennial Park in the Elliston area, parking is easy breezy and you can normally find sale items here too. And, although the staff doesn’t really go out of their way to be friendly or helpful out on the shopping floor or at the pharmacy, the cashiers have always been efficient and nice.

I got really tired of Walgreens messing up my prescriptions. I have been to several Walgreens and have found their pharmacy staff to be less than helpful. I really have liked this Rite Aid. It’s in a pretty dinky building, but the pharmacist actually talks with you and is helpful. They’ve never messed anything up and are friendly. There is no drive through, but this does cut down on your wait time immensely.

This Rite Aid is well stocked, the staff is friendly and helpful. There is however a lot of homeless people that hangs around the building asking for money. The prices on most stuff is outrages. Other than that the store itself is clean and again well stocked for a pharmacy. If you can go somewhere else in the area I suggest that.

I went to the Rite Aid today and was greeted by a man named Monterey(i think). He was very friendly and helpful! He asked me if I needed any help or was looking for anything in particular and I replied with my list of needs… he helped me locate everything, pointed out which items had special deals and even did two transactions for me so the second group of items could be discounted from the coupon from the first group of items. He was very nice and even made a joke. I think this is customer service at its finest. My only complaints are that the pharmacy closes early… not that I needed anything today, but just saying… And that the store is a bit small so it was missing some things that I needed, but how could they have known that I was going to come in looking for a TV cable cord and whiteboard pens(so random). I also want to point out that everything in the beauty aisle seemed to be discounted. Really good deals! I got«pretty nails: instant polish remover» for a $ 1 and I love this stuff. You just dip your finger in the container and twist it and the polish is gone! I don’t remember this stuff being this cheap…

Place looks bigger than it looks from the outside. Not too busy on a weekday evening. Oddly, only 1 cashier was there and hardly any customers. He helped us find what we were looking for.

Same ‘olé Eckerd as the one right down the street! Pretty well maintained inside, clean. Well lit parking lot, across from Vanderbilt University. I feel safe going there at night Sells Beer!
