Well when I first signed up for eyebrow package, it was based on the work of the young lady who did my eyebrows that day. Well when I came back for my second eyebrow threading, I was told she no longer worked there. *sigh* I’ve have a different girl every time after that and they haven’t been terrible but not as good as the first person.

I have been coming to Rootz for 8 months as I have premature gray that comes in every four weeks. Before I found them, I would try to do a root touch up at home in between color from my stylist but never got the right tone & would end up messing up my color. But for $ 30, they make my hair look terrific & I can relax with a glass of wine. The stylist are extremely knowledgable and the owner Katie is very hands on with training the staff. They make notes to keep in regards to the services they render. I have been extremely impressed with the staff & their customer service skills. I would recommend Rootz to anyone for coloring, blowout and eyebrow threading. My favorite go to spot for all things beauty.

Best eyebrow threading in Nashville with a reasonable price. The women know how to shape correctly and do an excellent job. I’ve searched everywhere since moving here from Chicago — where we had great threading on every corner– to find someone good and not crazy over priced. As long as you can buy their package «deal», it’s a decent price. I still am surprised at the high cost of threading here compared to other cities– it shouldn’t cost that much!

I had only eyebrow threading done in here and it was very good! Usually I had it done at the malls and usually there were Egyptian ladies. They do it very fast and it hurts! :(Nora, the girl in Rootz, did a great job and she wasn’t hurrying and it was much less pain!
Right now, they have a special. $ 59 for 5 sessions.

Needed a last minute style for a wedding, and the ladies here were all fantastic! They even tinted and threaded my eyebrows so I left looking like a million bucks!

My friend and I decided to get a blow-​out before we went to a concert. I was literally blown away! The chairs at the washing table were so comfortable and the stylist did a great job on my hair with just the blow dryer. Definitely a great experience.
